In summary: The legal basis of the processing of your personal data is Art. 6 I sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO, if the processing is based on consent, Art. 6 I sentence 1 lit. b DSGVO, if the basis of the processing is a (possibly pre-contractual) contractual relationship and Art. 6 I sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO, if the basis is the legitimate interest of Engel & Völkers. If the processing of personal data is necessary to comply with a legal obligation to which Engel & Völkers is subject, Art. 6 I sentence 1 lit. c DSGVO is the relevant legal basis.
If the legal basis is your consent, you are entitled to revoke your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data carried out on the basis of the consent until revocation. Due to the size and complexity of data processing by the Engel & Völkers group of companies, it is not possible to list each recipient of your personal data individually in this data protection notice, which is why only categories of recipients are generally indicated.
Within the Engel & Völkers group of companies, those Engel & Völkers companies or agencies receive your data that need it to fulfill our contractual and legal obligations as well as to pursue legitimate interests in the context of this website offering or based on your consent.
